Plywood : two or …
Plywood : two or more equall lenght slices of wood glued together
Basswood: Solid piece of wood.
Acousticly they have a very diffrent tonal characteristics. Plywood has alot of glue in its structure which does not plead well for sustain and acoustics. While the basswood has natural grain and holes inside of it which is actually quite simmilar to aldar

i know that alot of people dig it but i dont think it gives very good tone like mahogany or ash or alder but thats just my opinion and for the record it pretty much is plywood

Of course it sound really good he has it running through a Marshall stack. I just bought this guitar for something to take with me to work, and it really sound good. A bit of fret buzz, and tuning issues. Just be prepared to replace strings and do some adjustments to get things working better.

yes, for sure. Squiers are the best guitars fr people who are just learning. They are all very easy to play, have a nice low action and they have a great feel. I’ve moved up to fender now, but for someone who is just starting out, a squier is perfect. Way better than crappy epi or cheep Ibanez guitars

it’s a great guitar for beginners. it’s like 5 pounds lighter than a starcaster. This is my second guitar and I can’t put it down. So yeah go to a guitar center and try one out. I got mine in dapne blue

Thanks to Niox117 for the help.Like your bass btw.I just got an bullet body and a loaded starcaster pickguard hoping to slap that together soon.guess we’ll see how that all plays out for 50 bucks.

Not much, mostly the same quality. It really depends on the factory and your needs. I would say just get a bullet and an amp seperate rather than throw out 200 bucks for the starcaster combo. That’s about 70 bucks saved. Depends man, you’re the customer.
